Northridge Software

Workspace privacy

Updated November 1, 2026

Northridge Software is a private staff portfolio and launch-planning workspace operated for Northridge Learning. It is not a learner account system.

Google sign-in

We request your Google account’s basic identity information: your email address and profile identity claims. The server verifies Google’s signed response and the authorised owner account (followdavidjohnmills@gmail.com) before creating a session. The hub stores your sign-in email with its session record. It does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Calendar, or Contacts.

What the workspace stores

The shared workspace stores program descriptions, curriculum references, lifecycle stages, marketing plans, launch materials and protected program-access handoffs. The authorised owner who signs in can view the shared portfolio and its access notes. Avoid placing unrelated personal information in marketing plans.

Google authorization responses are processed to verify sign-in; Google access and refresh tokens are not retained by this hub. Session tokens are stored as hashes. Program credential handoffs are encrypted in server storage. The service runs on Cloudflare Workers and D1.

Cookies, settings and retention

A Secure, HttpOnly sign-in cookie lasts up to eight hours. A temporary sign-in-flow cookie and server record last up to ten minutes. Expired server records are cleaned up during subsequent sign-in operations. The animation preference is stored locally in your browser. Portfolio records remain until an administrator changes or removes them; the hub does not apply an automatic retention period to these records.

External programs

Opening a linked program or external launch material takes you to that service, where its own access requirements and privacy practices apply. This hub does not merge learner progress or course accounts.
